The two-day conference organized by the European Union in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the OSCE Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina highlighted the importance of an effective response by the criminal justice system to threats to the fairness and integrity of the electoral process. This conference brought together representatives of the Central Election Commission (CEC), prosecutor's offices, courts and police agencies from all over the country to analyze the experiences and challenges during the 2020 and 2022 elections and approaches to effectively solve crimes related to election activities.
MITA Group was in charge of the technical organization of the event and branding. The logo, visual identity and consistent branding elements contributed to the overall professionalism of the conference. Technical support, including the creation of animations, LED displays, public address and ambient lighting, contributed to the creation of a pleasant environment for all participants of this public hearing on the improvement of the judicial response to crimes related to the elections. Our cooperation with the EUSR resulted in the creation of an efficient and engaging platform for dialogue between key actors in the judicial and electoral process.

The conference represented an extraordinary opportunity to discuss key aspects related to the judicial response to criminal acts in the electoral process. The participants had the opportunity to share experiences and best practices in order to improve the mechanisms that ensure the integrity of the election process and an adequate response to violations of the law, and everyone had only words of praise for the organization of the event.
