EU office in BiH is present on all major social media platforms, as having engaged following on major social networks helps raise awareness, knowledge and hence advocacy of EU-agenda, and increase the reach of the EU's messages among the general BiH audiences. The main specific objective of the project we worked on was to increase the organic reach of average of 18% as well as the engagement on all social media platform.
EU chose us to provide technical and creative support for their social media efforts. First step was to write an actionable plan with clearly defined not just objectives, milestones, target groups, platforms, but also considering digital media trends of importance to achieving goals.

HQ outputs delivered
Under this contract we created, designed and produced HQ video and photo stories, graphic standards for social media, static and animated infographics. Some of the content we will mention are: wrap up video about the conference “Together we are Europe”, animation “Europe is Here”, a video that promotsd EU support for small and medium enterprises with aim of the digitalization and modernization in metal and plastic industry, etc.
In addition to creating social media content, designing visuals and producing videos, we have also delivered monthly social media reports. Through these reports, we have been monitoring content performance, social media trends and news. We used these insights for recommendations on further social media communication development.
