Campaign to raise awareness about violence against women and in the family: DON’T TURN YOUR HEAD, TURN THE NUMBER!

The “Don’t Look Away, Dial the Number” campaign, which we implemented in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs, is one of our most important experiences. We are proud to have had the opportunity to work on a campaign that deals with such an important topic that affects us all. Confronting domestic violence and raising awareness about this issue had not only professional, but also personal significance for us.

Creative solution

We created a catchy slogan “Don’t turn your head, dial the number” that immediately attracted attention and started a dialogue on an important topic. The visual identity and promotional materials, including videos and digital content, further strengthened the campaign message.

Our campaign included various communication channels and activities:

  • We aired spots on TV and radio, reaching a wide audience.
  • We achieved impressive success on digital platforms: Google and YouTube campaigns achieved over 2.7 million impressions and almost 160,000 views.
  • Our social media presence was extremely strong. We published more than 150 posts, stories and reels, resulting in a reach of over 2.3 million users.
  • We organized events in several cities, bringing together experts and public figures.

Social media played a key role in the campaign. We engaged tens of thousands of users on Facebook and Instagram, while influencers helped to reach even more people.

We also recorded a series of video statements by prominent figures and distributed them through social media. Their voices further reinforced the campaign message and motivated the community to take action.

We organized a series of events in Sarajevo, Bihać, Odžak and Lukavac, providing a platform for open discussion on the challenges of domestic violence. These events brought together experts, government representatives and the media. The atmosphere was inspiring and the discussions productive, further strengthening the impact of the campaign.

Results

The “Don’t Turn Your Head, Turn the Number” campaign has achieved remarkable results, both in terms of numbers and social impact. With millions of reach, thousands of engagements and a presence on various platforms, we have left a lasting mark in the fight against violence. Most importantly, we have contributed to raising awareness and encouraging the community to recognize and report violence.

We continue to work on projects that inspire, move society and contribute to a better future for all of us.
