We celebrated the 1st birthday of PEPCO stores in BiH by organizing interactive BTL promotions

After last year’s successful cooperation on the occasion of the opening of the first Pepco stores in Bosnia and Herzegovina, we had the opportunity to work again on another interesting project. This time, our task was to organize a special birthday campaign to mark the first anniversary of Pepco’s operations in BiH. The goal of the campaign was to create a dynamic and fun experience for citizens in four cities: Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Brčko and Mostar.

Our task was to hire promoters who would wear recognizable Pepco t-shirts and caps, and walk through different city streets to attract the attention of passers-by and organize a birthday quiz. We successfully coordinated BTL promotions in all four cities, creating interaction between the brand and local communities.

Interactive quiz: Guess the price of Pepco products and win a prize!

The main focus of the campaign was on a simple, but very fun and interactive quiz. Citizens had the opportunity to participate in a challenge where they had to guess the price of a certain Pepco product. The question was: “What is the price of the displayed product?” The one who would give the answer closest to the correct price, won a voucher in the amount of 20 KM, which they could immediately use for a purchase at the nearest Pepco store.

In addition to the quiz being interesting and fun, we ensured that each segment of the campaign was carried out professionally. To this end, we organized detailed training for all promoters. During the training, promoters received clear briefs and guidelines, in order to comply with all client requirements and ensure a flawless implementation of the quiz.

Creation of video material after BTL promotions

While the promoters were questioning the citizens and conducting the quiz, they recorded their reactions and answers via mobile phones. The recorded material contained a number of interesting and spontaneously entertaining moments, including the reactions of those who did not want to participate. We neatly collected this content and delivered it to the client, who will later use it to create a comprehensive promotional video. This video will additionally serve to promote the Pepco brand, as well as to celebrate their birthday.

Posebno smo ponosni što smo još jednom imali priliku biti dio Pepco priče. Ovaj put, bili smo njihova desna ruka u obilježavanju prvog rođendana, a zajedno smo radili i na otvaranju Pepco trgovina širom Bosne i Hercegovine. Naš tim uvijek s entuzijazmom prihvata nove izazove, BTL promocije i događaje, a ovakav projekat pokazuje našu posvećenost pružanju kreativnih i efikasnih rješenja za klijente.

This time, we were their right hand in celebrating their first birthday, and together we worked on the opening of Pepco stores throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina.
